Refunds and Exchanges

Here at Kai Heaven Scents our products are carefully inspected. I strive to make sure each candle and wax melt is perfected and packed securely before shipping to customers. Therefore, used candles and wax melts cannot be returned or refunded. However, if a product was damaged during shipment, please send photographic proof with your name and order number no later than 7 days after delivery. Any unused candles that were damaged in transit can be returned for a replacement or full refund within 7 days of the item being delivered, at no cost to the customer.
